1. Pour Ballast on desired area

2. Brush Ballast from rails and top of ties

3. Mist Ballast lightly with “wet water” (2 drops liquid dish soap in cup of water) so Ballast will absorb

Cement (S191)

4. Use an eyedropper to apply Scenic Cement to Ballast

Canister Shaker (S194) is recommended for easy application and storage
